With the WebUpdate you can manage records and categories from your website:

- Set or add record-field-values

- Set category-field-values

- Delete categories or records

- Add or remove categories to records

- Advanced features: CheckIn, CheckOut, UndoCheckOut, CopyTo,

MoveTo, CopyFileTo, CopyFolderTo, CatalogFile,…

(Uploading files is currently managed by our separate WebUpload module)

All the actions are stored in log-files. This way you can retrace who changed what when…

The plugin is fully customizable to your needs.

WebUpdate only takes up a client-license while updating (a few seconds), not the whole time the user is logged in. WebUpdate only keeps one client-license for reasons of speed. E.g. If 20 users are logged in with the right to modify, it will only take a few client-licenses.

Demo-version: This version is for free and fully functional. It only adds “demo” to field-value and to the result-message.
